TORIN the Turtle

Follow  me  on the development of my RPG game "Torin and the Seven Stars".  This game inspired by the SNES classic Secret of Mana and the NES classic Super Mario 3.   

Torin and the Seven Stars          

Far off in another universe in a different time dimension, there lives a giant Turtle the size of a planet named Serenity.  Serenity floats in total peace, and has never faced conflict or war.  Atop of Serenity’s back there is a giant forest with 7 parts called Serenity Forest.  And in this forest lives all kinds of peaceful creatures and animals.  It is in this forest that Torin the Turtle was born. 

      One day out of nowhere a giant space ship carrying the Evil Arctic Wolf entered the galaxy and attacked Serenity with blows to her head.  To avoid defeat and to protect herself, she hid within her shell refusing to come out until the danger had gone.  This lead the evil Arctic Wolf to send ships down to Serenity Forest, filled with ruthless greedy invaders, with the goal to plunder the forest of all its precious resources and send them back to Arctic Wolf.

          This awakens the Guardian of the Forest who, upon realizing he is outnumbered by evil, summons Torin the Turtle to lead the fight against the invaders while he seeks the help of the power of the 7 Stars.  The 7 stars provide light, warmth and energy to the 7 parts of Serenity Forest.  The Guardian believes with their help, Serenity will be empowered to come out of her shell and defeat the Evil Arctic Wolf through the power of the 7 Stars.

          Torin agrees, and the Guardian equips him with 4 enchanted shells to help protect him on his quest.  There is the Forest Shell, the Medieval Shell, The Camouflage Shell, and the Aquatic Shell.  Torin switches shells depending on his needs and the environment. 

          With these four shells and the blessing of the Guardian of the Forest, Torin the Turtle goes off into Serenity Forest to rid it of enemies, defeat bosses, and patrol the forest until the Guardian returns with the seals to the powers of the 7 Stars.

          Will Torin be successful in his quest?  Will the Guardian of the Forest return in time to strengthen Serenity with the power of the Seven Stars?  Will the Evil Arctic Wolf strip Serenity Forest of all its wealth and resources?  Will Torin the Turtle go down as a Hero?  Follow Torin the Turtle on youtube, and play the prototype of Torin and the Seven Stars at playturtlegame.com today.

ABOUT ME

Hello my name (developer) is Ronald  J. Fontenot and I  am an artist with a BFA in digital media.  I am the author and illustrator of 6 books, I am a composer/songwriter with 3 albums on Spotify and over 500 songs on youtube, and I am the creator of "Torin and the Seven Stars" and "Castle of Songs".   As an artist, I  look to collaborate with top talent to create games and content.
